Setting up new Jenzabar Remote Connection

1. While on VPN, click on the Search bar located on the task bar of your PC and type “RemoteApp and Desktop Connections.” Click ‘Open.’

2. Remove the existing Work Resources connection by click the blue ‘Remove’ link.

3. Click the ‘Access RemoteApp and desktops’ link on the left side of the window.

4. In the new window, enter the following URL – https://usaapps.jenzabarcloud.com/rdweb/feed/webfeed.aspx and click next.

5. Click Next on the following screen.

6. Enter Windows credentials (usa\username and password).

7. If successful, you will get the following message. Click Finish.

8. Search for your app of choice by using the following keywords:

• J1 Desktop
• PowerFAIDs (for Financial Aid users)
• Informaker (for Jenzabar reporting users)
