How to Access Wellbeats

Wellbeats Access Instructions

Employees are not eligible for Wellbeats until the first of the month following date of hire.

On your Mobile Device (First Time)

1. Download the Wellbeats App from either the Apple App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices) and install on your device
2. From a browser on your mobile device, visit https://login.usa.edu
3. Sign into the portal using your USA.edu email address and password
4. Be sure to authenticate using an MFA code provided by your authentication channel of choice.
5. Select the Wellbeats tile within the USAHS Okta portal
6. The Wellbeats app will open

On your Mobile Device (Subsequent access)

After you install Wellbeats on your mobile device and setup access through Okta, you will be able to access Wellbeats simply by opening your Wellbeats app.

On Your Laptop

1. Visit the USAHS Okta portal at https://login.usa.edu
2. Sign into the portal using your USA.edu email address and password.
3. Be sure to authenticate using an MFA code provided by your authentication channel of choice. 
4. Select the Wellbeats tile in the Okta portal
5. Your Wellbeats landing page will open
