RingCentral Meeting for more than 100 Users

A Faculty or Staff member has an upcoming meeting that will be larger than 100 users in RingCentral Meetings.

Cause

Typical licenses for users for RingCentral Meetings has a user capacity of 100 users. If a meeting is created and 100+ users are invited, no one will be allowed to join the meeting past the 100 user capacity.

Resolution

1. Please submit a request to Support@USA.edu and include the following information:
   1. Date and time of the event
   2. Number of users attending
