MyUSA Portal – Unable to submit contact information form

If you’re trying to update your contact information in your MyUSA portal account, you may encounter an issue where the “Submit” button is greyed out, or you cannot click on the button. The “Submit" button should appear as follows:

Resolution

  • Make sure all the required fields are filled. The required fields should be marked with a red star.

  • If the required fields are all filled and the submit button is still greyed out, reenter the information in the required fields, like Date of Birth, Country, etc., and see if the submit button is no longer greyed out.
  • If the submit button is still greyed out after following the second resolution step, clear the cache and cookies for your browser and enter your information again into the form.
