Viewing meeting recordings in the desktop & web app

1. In the navigation bar, click Video.

2. Recent recordings are displayed on the right. Click See all to open the Recordings page.

3. The Recordings page lists all of your recordings.

  • The most recent recordings are shown first. You can search for a specific recording or click ALL RECORDINGS to filter by your own recordings or those shared with you.
  • Hover over any recording for options to Share, Download, or Delete the recording, or Edit summary to update the recording summary.
  • Click any recording to open the detail window, where you can see meeting insights and manage the recording.

Managing video recordings

Click any entry on the Recordings page to open the detail window, where you can:

  • Watch or listen to the recording.

  • See and sort by how long each participant talked. To watch only the segments where a particular participant talked, hover over the participant’s initials, then click Play.

  • View, edit, and copy the advanced meeting insights, meeting notes, and whiteboard.

  • Share, download, or delete the recording.

Sharing a video recording

In the recording detail window, you can share the entire recording directly with meeting participants and coworkers (A) or create a URL to share the entire recording or from a particular point (B).

Note: You can only share recordings of meetings that you hosted, and you can only share recordings with coworkers. To share recordings you didn’t host, or share recordings outside your organization, you can download the recording.

Downloading video meeting recordings

Downloading a recording allows you to share recordings you didn’t host or share recordings with people outside your organization. You can download your recording, meeting summary, and highlights from the recording detail window.

Click the Download icon at the top right.

Select what you want to download:

  • Recording: An MP4 (video) file of your recording
  • Meeting materials: A PDF file containing an AI-generated summary, highlights, and meeting keywords
  • Transcript: A PDF file containing a complete, AI-generated transcript of the meeting
  • Chat: A PDF file of the meeting chat.

Deleting video recordings

1. Click the recording to open the detail window.

2. Click the Delete recording icon at the top right.

3. Click Delete in the pop-up window to confirm.

Note: Meeting recordings are stored for up to one year, depending on your service plan, then automatically deleted.
