Perspective Student Credentials email

Issue/Question

• I'm a new student and I have not received my credentials

Cause

• Missing email from USAHS IT for Perspective student credentials.

Resolution

• Please allow up to 24 hours for your USAHS account to be created upon acceptance to the University.

• Please make sure to check your spam/junk mail in order to obtain both your username and password. Emails are frequently flagged as spam by email providers.

• You will have received two emails, one containing your USA school username, student ID and instructions, and then a separate email containing your password.
