Access Certificates on Course Catalog

Issue/Question

• I want to access my certificates from the library modules. 
• I want to access my certificates from Information Literacy and Writing Hub
• I want to access my certificates from the writing center modules. 
• I want to access my certificates from the following courses:
  • APA Formatting
  • FIND
  • Introduction to Searching Databases
  • Plagiarism
  • Scholarly Writing

Environment

• Course Catalog (formerly TDM, Training Development Manager)

User Role

• Student, faculty

Cause

• User has completed a module on the Course Catalog, and wants to print their certificate. 

Resolution

Students or Faculty can complete modules in the Course Catalog, and want to access their certificates. Certificate are located within Course Catalog->Dashboard->Achievements:

The following icon will appear in green when a certificate is available:

To access the certificate, hover over the tile, and click on Download:
