CART iPad Operation

Before the Meeting:

Remove the cable from the charging case.


Remove the receiver from the charging case. The receiver is larger than the two microphones.


Plug the cable from the case into the receiver


Ensure the microphone is worn by the speaker. Either of the two will work, or you can use both if there are multiple speakers.


Open the meeting app on the iPad. You can unlock the iPad by swiping up.


Enter the Meeting ID and passcode (if passcode is required).


Enter your name and click "Join Now."



During the Meeting:

Swipe down from the top-right corner.


Click on the orange Teams audio controls button.


Ensure Wireless PRO RX is selected.


Exit the Teams audio controls, then ensure audio is turned off to turn off iPad speakers.


Ensure the Camera and Microphone are enabled.


If the video does not display video from the webcam, you can click the swap camera button until the webcam is shown.
