Issue/Question
- I'm not able to see some features during a RingCentral meeting.
Environment
- RingCentral desktop application
User Role
- Staff
- Faculty
Cause
- "RingCentral Meetings" video service is being used instead of "RingCentral Video" for the RingCentral program.
Resolution
1. Open the RingCentral desktop program.
2. Go to "Settings" in the left pane and select "Video.
3. Ensure that "RingCentral Video" is selected for Video Service.
4. After the video service is set to "RingCentral Video" join a RingCentral meeting and click on the three dots or "More" option to view the extra features.
