Accessing Egencia Travel Booking

A new Egencia bookmark tile is now available on the USAHS Login Portal. Egencia will be replacing our current travel system, Concur, in 2026.

How to Access Egencia

1. Go to https://login.usa.edu.
2. Locate and select the Egencia tile.
3. You will be redirected to the Egencia login page.

Login Format

When prompted, sign in using the following format:

YourDayforceID@usa.edu

How to Find Your Dayforce ID

If you’re unsure of your Dayforce ID, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Dayforce.
2. Select your Profile in the top-right menu.
3. Your Dayforce ID will be displayed in your profile information.

Once you confirm your Dayforce ID, return to the Egencia login page and proceed using the required login format.
