The VPN WILL NOT work while connected to campus ethernet or staff wifi. You would need to connect to USA WIFI if you are on campus, or any connection outside of USAHS.
Connect to WIFI
As stated in the summary), make sure you are not connected to the secure USAHS network (i.e, not Ethernet or Staff Wifi).
Secure Cisco Client
Open your icon tray and open the VPN.
Ensure the VPN has USA Employee VPN in the profile selection and connect
Enter your credentials in the Okta login (your username and password)
A successful login will prompt this box to pop up. Confirm you understand by accepting and completing the connection to the VPN.
You are now connected to the VPN
Disconnect from VPN
When you are finished with the VPN, you can disconnect from it from the disconnect button. When disconnected, the VPN will look like this.
