TEAMS

Start or join your Teams Meeting in app or browser

Select 'Room audio' and ‘Room Camera’ if prompted

Confirm Room Camera (“Room Camera”) 

Confirm Speaker, and Microphone (“Echo Cancelling Speakerphone”)

RC/ZOOM

Start or join your Zoom Meeting in app or browser

Select ‘Room Speakerphone’ and ‘Room Camera’ if prompted

Confirm Room Camera (“Room Camera”)

Confirm Speaker, and Microphone (“Echo Cancelling Speakerphone”)

Testing Audio in Teams and Zoom

TEAMS

Open ‘Settings’ in Teams clicking the 3 dots upper right hand corner 

Go to ‘Devices’ after opening settings on the left hand side

Click ‘Make a test call’

RC/ZOOM

Open ‘Audio settings…’ on bottom left corner of window

Click ‘Test speaker’ and then ‘Test microphone’
