If you are in a building and do not get the best cellular reception, connecting your phone to WIFI will boost your phone's signal. Most phone carriers offer a WIFI calling option. This will allow your phone to call over WIFI. Please have a look at both Android and iPhone instructions below to allow this feature.

For Android

In your phone settings, click on Connections

On this screen, you'll want to ensure WIFI calling is on. Click on WIFI

In available networks, click on USA WIFI. When it is connected, it will appear under current network. No login information is required.

For iPhone

In your phone settings, go to WI-FI

Under networks, select USA Wifi (no login information is needed)

After connecting to the selected network, it will show with a check mark under Wi-Fi

Search for Wi-fi calling in apps. Click on it

Ensure the Wi-FI calling button is toggled on.
