Steps to troubleshoot.
1. Ensure internet connection is fast and stable
- Go to speedtest.net on your web browser and press "Go"
- Ensure that download and upload speeds are at LEAST 15 Mbps each.
2. If speedtest.net is showing above 15 Mbps
- Go to "More" then "Settings" and finally "Call Health"
- Take a screenshot of the Call Health section and send it to support@usa.edu along with a description of the issue you are facing.
