Teams Connectivity Issues

Steps to troubleshoot.

1. Ensure internet connection is fast and stable

  • Go to speedtest.net on your web browser and press "Go"
  • Ensure that download and upload speeds are at LEAST 15 Mbps each.

2.  If speedtest.net is showing above 15 Mbps

  • Go to "More" then "Settings" and finally "Call Health"
  • Take a screenshot of the Call Health section and send it to support@usa.edu along with a description of the issue you are facing.
