How to record and transcribe Teams meetings

• I would like my meeting to be recorded and/or transcribed.

If you would like to record and transcribe a meeting, you can choose to turn on the feature as you are creating the meeting by clicking on the slider on the right of the New Meeting details page.



Alternatively, you can choose to record or transcribe once the meeting has begun by clicking "More" -> "Record and Transcribe" and then choosing the option you would like. Please note that recording meetings automatically turns on transcriptions, and you will need to follow the above steps to turn off transcriptions when you only want to record the meeting.



The recording and transcription can be found by clicking on the meeting in the calendar and selecting "Chat with Participants." You will need to select "View Recap" in the chat page to view the transcription/recording.
