Add Members To a Distribution List

Issue/Question

  • Ticket is requesting that names be added or removed from email distribution group

Environment

  • Outlook

User Role

  • Employee

Prerequisites

  • You must have the right to or ownership of the group you are trying to edit

     

Resolution

 

1. Select the Address Book in Outlook.

 

2. Find the distribution group in the list and open.

 

3. Under the members list, click Modify Members

 

4. Add or remove members as needed. When done, click OK.

 

5. Click Apply to save changes and OK to close the list.

 

NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the changes to sync.
