Tuition Due Date
Fall 2025 tuition and fees are due September 5, 2025. Your charges should start to be available for you to see on your account mid-August (check frequently).
During the same time frame, the University will place on your account any anticipated Financial Aid that you have been awarded and accepted. Please note this is anticipated aid and not the actual disbursement. Please refer to your Financial Aid Account to determine your actual disbursement date. If you have a loan coming that won’t pay what you owe the school in full, subtract your loan amount from your total balance and pay that self-pay portion by September 5, 2025. If you have loan(s) coming that will pay your balance in full, you do not have to pay anything yourself.
To view your Balance:
Log in: https://my.usa.edu/ics > My Info > My Account Balances > View Account Details & History.
Self-Pay
For those needing to self-pay, the options are credit/debit card (2.5% transactional fee applies), e-check (no processing fee), or paper check.
Go to https://my.usa.edu/ics and log in. Go to the Student Services tab, Bursar, Make a Payment, then My Account Balances. Click on the dollar amount next to Accounts Receivable. Enter the amount you will be paying xxx.xx (no dollar sign or comma), select your payment method, and click submit.
USAHS Grants and Scholarships
USAHS scholarships and grants will be awarded to student accounts after the add/drop period of the term for those who have met all admissions requirements. If you are looking to estimate loan budgets and/or payment plan budgets, please refer to your scholarship/grant award letter and USAHS Bursar page to verify your per-term award amount against your term balance.
Thank you for paying on time –late accounts will be assessed a 10% late fee. If your account is past due, the account will be placed on hold. If your account is on hold, you cannot register for the following term and cannot receive your degree. Remember, if you have loans coming that will pay your tuition in full, you won’t be considered past due or placed on hold. If you have a loan coming that will partially pay your account, you are responsible for paying the self-pay portion by 09/05/2025, or you may receive a late fee and/or hold.
