To pay via E-Check:
Note: There are is no fee for E-Check payments.
Go to www.MyUSA.edu and log in. Go to ‘Student Services’ then ‘Bursar’. Go to ‘Make a Payment’. Select ‘My Account Balances’. Click on the dollar amount next to Accounts Receivable (and your campus), even if it shows zero.
Next select ‘Make payment’ towards bottom.
Enter the dollar amount of your payment xxx.xx (no dollar sign or comma) in the Accounts Receivable space and click submit.
Enter your banking, billing and email information.
Hit Continue and submit.
Once your payment processes, you will receive a confirmation email.
To pay via Credit/Debit card:
Note: There is a 2.5% convenience fee for each card transaction.
Go to www.MyUSA.edu and log in. Go to ‘Student Services’ then ‘Bursar’. Go to ‘Make a Payment’. Select ‘My Account Balances’. Click on the dollar amount next to Accounts Receivable (and your campus), even if it shows zero.
Next select ‘Make payment’ towards bottom.
Enter the dollar amount of your payment xxx.xx (no dollar sign or comma) in the Accounts Receivable space and click submit.
Enter your card, billing and email information
Hit Continue and submit.
Once your payment processes, you will receive a confirmation email.

An Accounts Receivable balance with a negative sign in front of it simply means you have a credit balance. (Example: tuition deposit)
You would still click on the balance and then enter in your payment amount after clicking make payment. Follow payment instructions. Once your payment processes, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your charge is 'declined' and you know you have funds to cover the payment, it is most likely because your card has a daily charging limit. In that case you should call your bank and ask them to lift the limit (usually for 24 hours) so you can make your payment.
