SPECIAL NOTICE

Refund Information: Refunds are released within 14 days after your disbursement posts to your account. Under certain circumstances, tuition credits due to enrollment changes may be returned to your lender(s) where you received loan(s).

Return of loan aid/return to lender can be processed within the 14 days of receiving your Notice of Disbursement. Any requests after this day, will require you to return funds directly back to your servicer. Please reach out to the Financial Aid Office at contactfinancialaid@usa.edu for assistance in locating your loan servicer, assigned by the Department of Education.

• Include in subject line of email "Adjust future loan disbursement amounts."
