One more important item you should be receiving, by US Mail and email, are your enrollment instructions from BankMobile Disbursement. BankMobile is the company that processes our student refunds. It will arrive in a bright green envelope. Please enroll ASAP. You do not have to use their checking account, you can have refunds direct deposited to your own bank account if that is your preference. If you don’t receive the enrollment information, please send an email to bursar@usa.edu and request an ‘instant personal code’ be emailed to you. Note: You will receive your refund at least a month after classes start, please be prepared to pay your personal expenses until then.
- DEPOSIT TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT – Money is transferred to an existing account the same business day Bank Mobile receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 1 – 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
- DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE ACCOUNT – If you open a Bank Mobile Vibe checking account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day Bank Mobile receives funds from your school.
