Blackboard - Accessing Course Catalog and Enroll/Unenroll in a Course

Issue/Question

• I want to access Course catalog.
• I want to access Blackboard Training and Development Manager (Formerly TDM).
• I need to enroll ion a course on Course Catalog.
• I need to unenroll form a course in Course Catalog.

Environment

• Blackboard Course Catalog

User Role

• Faculty
• Staff
• Student

Cause

• Need to enroll/unenroll in a course

Resolution:

General Access Blackboard TDM

1. In your internet browser head to login.usa.edu
2. Sign in. This will bring you to the Okta Dashboard. Once signed in, look for the Blackboard Teaching and Development Icon:

Enroll in a Course

After signing in, click on "Catalog" on the left side of the page: 

Select a course on the Catalog by clicking on it. This will open the course page. Once the course page loads, click on the Enroll Now Button: 

After enrolling in a course, you may access it by clicking on the Dashboard in the left navigation, then hover over the course tile and click on Continue Course:

Unenroll From a Course

After signing in, click on "Dashboard" on the left side of the page:

Hover over the tile of the course you want to remove, and click on the 3 dots that appear in the top right corner, then click Unenroll:
